Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees serves as the governing body of the Eternal Gandhi Museum Houston and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, fiduciary oversight, and long-term sustainability of the institution.
Trustees provide leadership in mission stewardship and strategic planning; financial oversight and fiduciary responsibility; policy development and governance; fundraising and institutional sustainability; and advocacy for the museum’s educational mission.

Executive Leadership
The Executive Leadership team is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the museum, translating the Board’s strategic direction into effective programs, partnerships, and public engagement.
Executive leadership oversees museum operations and administration; educational and public programming; staff and volunteer coordination; community and institutional partnerships; and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Board of Trustees
The Advisory Committee provides guidance, expertise, and perspective to support the museum’s mission and programs. Advisory Committee members may include educators, scholars, community leaders, and professionals.
The Advisory Committee advises on educational content and public programs; supports community engagement and outreach; and serves as ambassadors for the museum’s mission.

Conflict of Interest Policy
The Eternal Gandhi Museum Houston maintains a Conflict of Interest Policy to ensure that decisions are made solely in the best interests of the organization. Trustees, officers, advisory members, and key personnel are required to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest and to recuse themselves from discussions or decisions where such conflicts may exist.
